Goal

Send the owner an email for every new booking request and send the customer a branded confirmation, through Resend, with the sender read from an EMAIL_FROM setting, every customer value escaped, and a booking that's never lost because an email failed.

Why this matters

A booking that sits in a database nobody looks at is worse than no booking at all: the customer thinks they're booked, and the owner doesn't know they exist. The owner email is what makes the site useful on day one. The salon owner's phone buzzes, she sees "New booking request: Efua · Silk press · Sat 14 Nov, 11:00", and she replies on WhatsApp.

The customer email does a quieter job: it tells the customer their request arrived and what happens next. For a booking request that matters, because the time isn't confirmed yet. A clear confirmation stops "did it work?" messages and stops people turning up for a time nobody agreed.

You built both of these for Adjoa in Lessons 8.3 and 8.4, and made them safe in Lesson 10.4. This lesson does them in one go, with one change that Module 12 is waiting for: the sender address comes from a setting called EMAIL_FROM, not from the code.
