Goal

Install the Supabase packages, put the project's address and publishable key in .env.local, and make the Menu, the Home page favourites and the Order form's dropdown read the dishes from the database instead of the typed list.

Why this matters

Until now, Adjoa's prices lived in a code file. To change the price of banku, she'd need a developer, a commit and a deploy. After today, she changes it in the database and the website updates on the next page load. That's the moment a website becomes a tool a business can run itself, and it's the kind of change clients notice straight away.

It's also your first real connection between the kitchen and the order book. You'll see three ideas from Module 6 working together: the server reads the data (Lesson 6.1), the address and key come from environment variables (Lesson 6.4), and the database's rules decide what the website may see (Lesson 7.4).
