Reach out: WhatsApp, Instagram, email and walk-in
Write a short, personal, permission-first message for any business on WhatsApp, Instagram, email or in person, in a Ghanaian or international style, and run the demo conversation from "yes, show me" to "send me your packages".
Why this matters
The first message decides everything. Send a long, generic one ("Dear Sir/Madam, we are a leading web design company offering…") and it's ignored or blocked. Send a link out of the blue and it looks like a scam. Send fifty identical messages and WhatsApp may ban your number.
A good first message is short, about them, and asks a small question: may I show you something? It's easy to say yes to, and it respects their time. If this part makes you nervous, that's very normal. Most people find their first ten messages uncomfortable, and their fiftieth routine. The scripts below give you words to start with. Change them until they sound like you.
