Goal

Ask every happy client for a referral at the right moment, offer a simple, honest referral reward, build a few referral partnerships, and turn your SEO work from Module 12 into a steady channel with case studies and a monthly habit.

Why this matters

The first two channels, the demo-first pitch and social media, are you going out to find people. The last two bring people to you.

Referrals are the warmest leads you'll ever get. When a salon owner tells her friend who runs a boutique "my website designer was brilliant, here's her number", half your selling is done before you speak. The boutique owner already trusts you, because she trusts her friend. Referred clients tend to say yes faster, argue less about price, and refer others in turn. But most happy clients never refer anyone, not because they don't want to, but because nobody asked them at the right moment, or made it easy.

SEO is the channel you started in Module 12. Each month of steady work makes it a little stronger, until people searching "website designer in [your city]" start finding you without you doing anything that day. This lesson connects your client work to it, so every project you finish makes your site stronger.
