Goal

Understand how the four channels work together, build a lead tracker in Google Sheets that follows every business from first contact to signed client, and set a weekly rhythm you can keep alongside work, study or family.

Why this matters

Most new freelancers don't lose clients because their work is bad. They lose them because they forget. They chat to a salon owner on Monday, she says "send me something next week", and by next week they've forgotten which salon, what she wanted, and whether they replied. Multiply that by twenty conversations and you've lost a month of effort.

A lead tracker fixes that. It's one spreadsheet where every business you talk to gets a row, with what happened last and what you'll do next, and when. It takes two minutes a day to keep up to date. It's also how you'll learn: after a month, your tracker tells you which channel brings replies, which messages work, and where people drop off.
