Analytics and your launch checklist
Add Vercel Web Analytics to your site so you can see how many people visit and where they come from, then turn this whole module into LAUNCH-CHECKLIST.md: one file you'll copy into every client project and tick through on launch day.
Why this matters
Search Console tells you what happens on Google. It doesn't tell you what happens on your site: how many people visited this week, which pages they read, whether they came from Instagram, WhatsApp or Google, and whether they looked at your phone or laptop screen. That's what analytics does.
For your own business, analytics answers practical questions. Did last Tuesday's Instagram post bring anyone? Do people read your Services page, or leave after the Home page? For clients, a simple visitor number each month is one of the clearest ways to show the website is working, and it fits neatly into the maintenance plans you'll sell in Module 14.
Then there's the checklist. You've just done about fifteen separate launch steps across five services. On a client's launch day, with the client watching, you won't remember them all. Professionals don't rely on memory. They use a checklist, every time, like pilots before take-off. You'll write yours today, while every step is fresh.
