Packages, not custom quotes
Create three clear packages (Starter, Business and Premium) with prices you've worked out from your own time and target rate, a short list of add-ons, and a one-page package sheet you can send within minutes of someone asking "how much?".
Why this matters
"How much for a website?" is the most common question you'll get, and the hardest to answer on the spot. A website can be one page or fifty. If you invent a number each time, you'll undercharge the clients who need the most work, overcharge the ones who need little, and spend hours writing custom quotes for people who disappear.
Packages solve this. You decide, once and calmly, what you'll offer at three levels, what each includes, and what each costs. When someone asks, you send the same clear sheet. They choose. Most people find it easier to choose between three options than to judge one number on its own, and you look organised and confident.
Packages also protect you. Each one says exactly what's included, so "can you just add…" has an easy, friendly answer: "Yes, that's an add-on" or "That's in the Business package."
